By accessing and using Leo Ticketing ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Leo Ticketing is an event management and registration platform designed specifically for Leo Clubs. The Service provides:
3.1 Registration: You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Leo Member Verification: Certain features may require verification of your Leo Club membership status through MyLeo ID.
4.1 Registration Process: When registering for an event, you agree to provide accurate information and submit valid payment proof when required.
4.2 Payment: Event registration fees must be paid according to the instructions provided. Payment verification is conducted by event administrators.
4.3 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies are set by individual event organizers. Please contact the event organizers directly for refund requests.
4.4 QR Codes: Upon approval, you will receive a unique QR code for event admission. This QR code is non-transferable and must not be shared with others.
You agree not to:
6.1 Data Collection: We collect information you provide during registration and event sign-up, including name, email, mobile number, MyLeo ID, and club affiliation.
6.2 Data Usage: Your data is used to facilitate event management, send notifications, verify payments, and improve our Service.
6.3 Data Sharing: Event registration information is shared with event organizers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Leo Ticketing and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8.1 Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8.2 Event Responsibility: Leo Ticketing is a platform for event management. Event content, accuracy, and execution are the responsibility of event organizers.
8.3 Third-Party Services: We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, QR code generators). We are not responsible for third-party service failures or issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leo Ticketing and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
