Browse available events on the Events page, click on an event to view details, then click "Register Now". Fill in your information, upload your payment slip (if required), and submit. You'll receive a confirmation email once your registration is approved.

MyLeo ID is your unique Leo Club member identification number. You can find this on your Leo membership card or by contacting your club secretary.

After your registration is approved, you'll receive a QR code via email. Save or screenshot this QR code and show it at the event entrance. The scanner will verify your admission instantly.

Yes! Many events have a "Register a Friend" option. You can help register friends who don't have accounts by providing their information and uploading their payment proof on their behalf.

Registration approval typically takes 24-48 hours. Event organizers need to verify your payment details before approving your registration. You'll receive an email notification once approved.

Currently, you need to make a bank transfer to the account provided by the event organizers and upload your payment slip during registration. 🎉 Good news! An integrated online payment gateway is coming soon, which will allow you to pay directly through the platform using credit/debit cards or mobile wallets.

If your payment slip is rejected, you'll receive an email notification with the reason. Common reasons include unclear images, incorrect amount, or mismatched details. You can resubmit a corrected payment slip or contact the event organizers directly for assistance.

Cancellation policies are determined by individual event organizers. Please check the event details or contact the event organizers directly to inquire about their cancellation and refund policy. Contact information is available on each event page.

Don't worry! You can view your QR code anytime by logging into your account and visiting "My Registrations". Each registration includes a "View QR Code" button. You can also find the QR code in your approval email.

Log into your account and click on "My Registrations" in the navigation menu. You'll see all your past and upcoming event registrations, along with their status (pending, confirmed, or rejected). You can also view QR codes and download them from this page.

It depends on the event visibility settings. Some events are open to everyone, while others are restricted to Leo Club members only. You can see the invitation scope on each event card. If you're not a Leo member, you'll only see events marked as "Open to All".

We comply with data protection regulations and use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

No, you don't need an account to register for events. You can register as a guest by providing your details during the registration process. However, creating an account gives you benefits like viewing your registration history, easier future registrations, and access to your QR codes anytime.
