Refund Policy

1. Overview

Thank you for using Leo Ticketing. We value your trust and strive to provide a fair and transparent experience for all Leo Club members and event attendees. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested for event registration fees.

2. Registration Fees

Event registration fees are set by the individual event organizers (Leo Clubs). Leo Ticketing acts as the registration and ticketing platform and does not set, collect, or retain event fees directly.

Payment proof (bank slip or transfer receipt) is submitted during registration and verified manually by event administrators. Your registration is confirmed only after an administrator approves your payment slip.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer on a per-event basis. Generally:

  • Refund requests must be submitted before the event date.
  • Refunds may be approved if the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organizer.
  • Registrations that have been approved and QR codes issued may not be eligible for a refund unless the event is cancelled.
  • Registrations that are rejected by the organizer will not incur a charge — payment slips that were not verified will not be processed.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact the event organizer directly using the contact details provided on the event page.
  2. Include your full name, registration ID, and proof of payment in your request.
  3. If you are unable to reach the event organizer, contact us at petztechlk@gmail.com and we will assist in facilitating the request.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Registrations where the event has already taken place.
  • No-show registrations (approved but attendee did not attend the event).
  • Registrations cancelled by the attendee after QR code issuance, unless the organizer's policy provides otherwise.

6. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, all registered participants will be notified via email. Refund arrangements for cancelled events will be coordinated directly between attendees and the event organizing club. Leo Ticketing will assist in this process upon request.

7. Processing Time

Refund processing times depend on the event organizer and the original payment method. Typically, approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Leo Ticketing is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment intermediaries.

8. LeoForms & Activity Registrations

For paid activity form submissions (LeoForms), the same principles apply — refund eligibility is determined by the activity organizer. Contact the organizer or reach out to us if you need assistance.
